I haven't really explained what you should put in your listings, or which keywords you should use, or how to take good pictures... all this stuff is online somewhere else.
All you need is a few hours of time and a computer and you will find a plethora of sites out there with tips on how to make ebay listings look nice, Ebay feedback, pricing strategies, search placement, when in the week to post items...etc. These are great and informative and you can pick up some great tips. Ebay also has all the basic info on their own site.
Beware, since there are also sites that will try to sucker you into paying money for lists of wholesalers or dropshippers. Dropshipping is a collossaly BAD idea - you are putting your reputation in someone else's hands. If they fail to ship something or send a damaged item, you are the one who has to refund the customer's money and get a bad reputation on Ebay. Also, a lot of dropshipped stuff is junk. Buying a list of wholesalers is also super-useless because none of these guys ship to Israel.
There are also 'how to sell on ebay' books, which were actually relevant when they were published, but if more than 6 months has passed since the book was printed, the info is outdated. Same thing for E-Books. The sites trying to sell E-Books about how to succeed on Ebay are offering outdated information too.
